vegan pumpkin spice chai latte
1 cup chai (water + 2 tea bags or loose tea!)
1 cup non-dairy milk (i used almond)
3-4 T organic pumpkin purée
vegan sweetener + spices
add 1 cup brewed chai to a pot on medium heat and slowly add milk
stir in pumpkin and mix well, add spices (i used 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice bc it’s easy but you could add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg + cloves individually!) and sweetener of choice (agave, organic sugar etc. i used ~8 drops of liquid stevia)
super easy ^ . ^ makes enough for 2, or one big mug!
